Elderly man injured after falling down stairs outside Hougang Mall -- but kudos to passers-by for helping

An elderly man was left injured after he fell down a flight of stairs on Friday morning (Jun 2) at around 9.33am.

Stomper Lau Lup said the man was bleeding from his arm and also sent photos showing blood stains on the ground.

However, he would like to praise the passers-by who went forward to help in every way possible.

Said Lau Lup:

"Kudos to the people who rushed to help an old man who has fallen from a flight of stairs outside Hougang Mall.

"They helped to stop his bleeding and gave him water to drink. Others were comforting him including a small kid as seen in the video!"
