'MIA' Merc driver parks in middle of the road at Bishan St 22 -- blocking other cars from exiting

A Mercedes driver left his car parked in the middle of the road at a carpark at Bishan Street 22, but was nowhere in sight.
Stomper Terence came across the incident yesterday (Mar 11) at around 4.40pm.
He said:
"The driver of this car parked in the middle of the road and left it unattended, blocking cars from exiting the carpark lots.
"I don't know how long the car was parked there. When I arrived at the carpark to retrieve my car, the car was already parked there and there was no one in the car."
