Driver cuts into other motorist's lane then flashes middle finger at TPE exit towards Loyang Ave

Stomper Meng Kiat was exiting the TPE towards Loyang Avenue on Mar 3 when he encountered a rude driver.

The driver of the silver car indicated his intention to go to the right lane in order to overtake a taxi that had stalled in the middle lane.

However, instead of waiting for a driver to slow down before changing lanes, the driver barged in front of Meng Kiat's car and showed him the middle finger.
