Bully BMW driver cuts into motorist's lane without indicating than proceeds to block him on ECP

Stomper Mukta was driving along the ECP yesterday (Apr 13) when a BMW driver suddenly cut in front of him in the fastest lane without indicating.
Mukta then decided to drive to the middle lane but was surprised when the BMW driver mirrored his action and proceeded to block him.
He had no idea why the "bully driver" did that as he does not believe he did anything to make the BMW driver react that way.
