Stomper Kian Hong was waiting for a bus along Toa Payoh Lorong 6 last Sunday (May 14) at around 5pm when he spotted a man riding an e-scooter on the road.
In the photos the Stomper contributed, a man wearing a black vest can be seen riding an e-scooter towards a traffic junction.
Under the law, personal mobility devices (PMDs) are not allowed for use on roads.
Said the Stomper:
"People who use e-scooters should stick to riding on the pavement.
"It's not worth it to ride on the road and risk an accident."
