This woman near JCube cannot tell the difference between a dustbin and a toilet

Stomper Melvin saw a child peeing into a bin as a woman was carrying him at Block 135 in Jurong near JCube yesterday (Apr 12) at around 12.30pm.

In a telephone interview, the Stomper said that the inconsiderate act was going on for about one to two minutes.

Melvin estimates that were around 20 people in the vicinity of the bin.

He felt that the actions of the woman were inappropriate.

"They should not be doing this," said the Stomper.
