Resident at Block 409 in Jurong should get his or her eyes checked for mistaking tree as rubbish bin

Stomper Casey has been seeing a resident at Block 409 throwing rubbish out of his or her flat.

In an email, the Stomper, who is also staying Block 409, said that the trash will land on top of a tree behind the block, making it very unsightly.

Photos Casey sent show white items resembling plastic bags on the top of the tree.

Said the Stomper:

"This despicable anti-social habit has to be stopped. 

"A warning has to be given and strong action has to be taken against those responsible to prevent further littering.
