Pedestrian left lying face down on road after accident at New Bridge Road junction, sent to hospital

An accident involving a motorcycle and a pedestrian occurred at the junction of New Bridge Road and Cantonment Road at around 10.59pm on Jan 27.

The 28-year-old male pedestrian was conveyed to Singapore General Hospital (SGH).

Stomper Eric had contributed a photo of the accident and told Stomp that the man was lying face-down on the road.

Police said that investigations are ongoing.

Eric added that another accident took place in the same area the following day on Jan 28, this time involving a car, a motorcycle and a pedestrian.

Three people were sent to the hospital.
