Fire rainbow at Changi Ferry Terminal a sight to behold

Submitted by Stomper Cheryl

Stomper Cheryl was amazed to see a fire rainbow at Changi Ferry Terminal at 8.15am yesterday (Mar 4).

The Stomper said it started as a bright ball of light before and slowly evolved into a display of colours.

"This phenomenon lasted for about 10 minutes," said Cheryl.

The rare form of rainbow is also known as the 'paddle pop' rainbow in Singapore, due to its similarities to the multi-coloured ice-cream.

A fire rainbow was seen from multiple parts of Singapore on Feb 20, 2017.
