Drivers stranded in Bukit Merah condo after huge tree falls on carpark during downpour

Drivers at Teresa Ville condominium were left stranded after a huge tree fell on a carpark this morning (Jan 23) during a heavy downpour.

Stomper Aseret, a resident staying at the condominium, saw the fallen tree at around 8.30am and sent photos showing what happened to Stomp.

In the photos, the trunk of the tree can be seen blocking a section of the carpark leading to the entrance of the condominium.

Motorists were unable to drive their vehicles out of due to the huge obstacle. 

According to Aseret, the tree was cleared at around 11am.
