Driver of SKW2803K, does the pavement look like a parking lot to you?

While some drivers might resort to parking in odd places when the carpark is full, the driver of this black Toyota with licence plate number SKW2803K really takes the cake. 

Stomper LetsBeReal was going to work in the West Coast area yesterday morning (Apr 3) when he spotted the car parked on the pavement. In the photos the Stomper contributed, not only is the car parked on the pavement, but it is also blocking the staircase.

Said the Stomper:

"The car was still there when I went for lunch, and even when I went back home at around 3pm.

"This kind of selfish act and self-centered behaviour makes me frustrated.

"Please think of others."
