Driver causes accident after stopping while making abrupt lane change

A driver caused an accident at Tampines Avenue 5 after making an abrupt lane change and stopping suddenly.

A video of the incident was shared on Beh Chia Lor - Singapore Road by Levron Ang.

The clip shows a driver making an abrupt lane change from the bus lane, then stopping there.

However, the driver travelling down the other lane was unable to avoid the car that just changed lanes, and ended up crashing into it.

The driver who tried to change lanes is seen getting out of the car to speak to the other driver and take photos of the damage.
