Woman hacked with parang by 2 men in Malaysia after being suspected of having affair

A man, accompanied by another male, allegedly attacked his wife at her workplace in Malaysia after suspecting her of having an affair.

A video circulating online shows the horrific attack, which is believed to have occurred in Klang.

The victim, identified as 42-year-old Komathi Ramachandran, can be seen being dragged and beaten in front of a blue car by a man.

Screams are also heard in the background.

Another man then exited the car while wielding a parang.

The first man is seen swinging the parang at the woman multiple times, before she is dragged and bundled into the car by both guys.

They apparently drove her to Seremban Hospital before fleeing.

According to The Star, the victim suffered injuries to her head, left wrist, legs and back.

Police are searching for her husband and the other man implicated in the attack.

The couple's 13-year-old son lodged a police report after being told by his aunt that his father and a friend had gone to his mother's workplace in Taman Klang Jaya and allegedly forced her into their car with a parang.

"The boy claimed that he had not been able to contact his parents since the incident," said the police.

"The motive of the attack was believed to be jealousy as the husband suspected that his wife was having an affair."
