What a mess! Concrete 'explodes' all over tipper truck at Upper Thomson Rd

Stomper Marcel was travelling along Upper Thomson Road yesterday evening (June 25) when he saw a tipper truck covered in concrete.

According to the Stomper, the concrete splashed onto a nearby taxi and Audi as well.

Said Marcel:

"Not entirely sure what is going on but the truck probably braked too fast or hard and the concrete must have exploded everywhere."
