Shouting and crying heard as man threatens to jump from Toa Payoh block

Shouts and cries were heard as a man allegedly threatened to jump from the ledge at Block 31 Toa Payoh Lorong 5 last night (June 12).

Stomper Aisyah alerted Stomp to this incident, which her mum witnessed.

She said:

"According to my mum, there's a lot of shouting and crying. Not sure who it is, but from a high floor..."

In the photos, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) is seen setting up a lifepak.
