Glass panel shatters during busy lunch hour at Jurong Point

Stomper Olivia was dining at Jurong Point this afternoon (Jan 25) at around 1.20pm when a glass panel opposite where she was eating suddenly shattered.

In a photo sent in by the Stomper, many small glass fragments can be seen on the floor as a result of what happened.

It is unclear what caused the glass to shatter but the Stomper said no one was hurt.

The glass fragments were cleared soon after the panel shattered. 

Said the Stomper with regards to what she saw:

"Lucky I was a distance away and not affected by what had happened."
