UK police make $3.5 million find in not-so-abandoned nuclear bunker

Police in Wiltshire, England recently discovered that what appeared to be an empty nuclear bunker was not that abandoned after all.

According to Izismile, the underground site had actually been used as a marijuana factory that could produce £2 million (around S$3.5 million) worth of goods annually.

The 20-room compound was almost completely impenetrable, with cops having to wait outside during a midnight raid before they could arrest its three ringleaders, reported The Sun.

Cleaning up their huge stash took another 10 days.

The group had been making use of electricity from local power cables to run their cannabis farm's equipment.
