Trump arrives in S'pore on Air Force One

United States President Donald Trump arrived in Singapore on Sunday (June 10) for his summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Tuesday (June 12) in Sentosa.

He arrived at Paya Lebar Air Force Base at around 8.20pm on Air Force One, the president's official plane.

Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan was on the tarmac ready to greet Mr Trump who is expected to make his way from Paya Lebar Airbase to Shangri-la Hotel.

Mr Kim arrived at St Regis Hotel earlier today in a motorcade from Changi Airport that was made up of at least 30 vehicles.

Mr Trump is scheduled to have a bilateral meeting with PM Lee before his landmark meeting with Kim Jong Un at Capella Hotel on Tuesday, reports The Straits Times.
