Stomper irked by trashy 'installation art' at Bugis Village

Stomper Yarwanna was at Bugis Street yesterday (Sep 3) when the disgusting sight and smell of rubbish caught her attention.

She saw three rubbish bins literally overflowing with trash where the rubbish was scattered on the ground around the bins and stacked on top of them.

She sarcastically referred to the unsightly situation as "street installation art".

"What will tourists think about our clean and green city?" she asked.

"Bigger rubbish bins should be provided."
