All 80 Gong Cha outlets in Singapore are gone as of today (Jun 5) -- but not before fans got a final taste of the popular bubble tea brand's offerings last night (Jun 4).

Every store has been replaced with homegrown bubble tea brand, LiHo, which offers a new range of drinks, including its signature cheese tea.

Stomper Kenneth spotted a huge crowd queuing at Gong Cha's last outlet at Marina Bay Sands at around 9.30pm yesterday.

He said there were at least 40 to 50 people in the queue, some of whom appeared to have been there for an hour.

LiHo, which means 'How are you?' in Hokkien, plans to open a total of 86 outlets by the end of the month.
