Wild boar checks out black car after somehow finding its way to Chestnut Avenue

Stomper Josiah came across an unusual sight along Chestnut Avenue yesterday (Nov 25) at around 2.30pm.

In a Facebook message, the Stomper said he came across a wild boar that somehow found its way onto a grass patch by the side of the road.

A photo Josiah sent saw the animal sticking its nose into the grass, possibly to sniff for food.

Another photo shows the boar looking at a black-coloured car after going close to it. 

Said the Stomper:

"This is the first time we have seen a wild boar here at Chestnut Avenue."
