Why Changi Airport is the best: Staff bring out carts with drinks and snacks during luggage retrieval delay

Changi Airport has earned its reputation for being the world's best airport and it is obvious why.

Stomper Adrian witnessed another example of its exemplary service while waiting for his baggage at the arrival hall yesterday afternoon (September 2).

There was a delay in luggage retrieval due to lightning risk and heavy rain and travellers were informed that the delay may be up to 30 minutes.

However, staff appeared shortly with carts of drinks and snacks to tide everyone over while they waited.
