Turtley cool: ACRES rescues 30kg turtle found with fish hook and line

A large freshwater turtle has been rescued with a fish and hook line, according to ACRES' Facebook page.

Named Rahayu, she was deemed "ACRES largest rescued Turtle" and was admitted to critical care.

However, Rahayu has now recovered and "now enjoys a mixed diet of leafy greens, fruits and other food".

According to ACRES, she is an endangered animal.
