This is why you shouldn't use your phone while driving

A motorist was caught on camera talking on his phone while driving.

The video was posted onto Beh Chia Lor - Singapore Road's Facebook page.

In the video, he can be clearly seen with his phone to his ear while his car is stationary.

However, he does not put his phone away when the light turns green.

The driver almost gets into an accident turning right at the junction and not giving way to an oncoming vehicle.

According to the Facebook page, a report has been lodged with the Traffic Police against the driver.
