Stomper Lim was passing by the Orchard area at around 11am this morning (Nov 28) when he noticed something strange about the Orchard Central (OC) building.

If you look at the picture closely, you will that realise one of the aluminium panels was wide open.

Worried for the safety of others, Lim rushed to the management office of OC to inform their staff about it.

Said Lim:

"If there a strong wind blew while the aluminum panel was open like that, it might drop down and hurt the passers-by. And since it is located at a height, the impact would have been very great too.

"When I walked past the area again, the glass panel had already been closed shut. I must say I am really impressed with OC's fast reponse."

Kudos to Stomper Lim and OC's management office for saving the day!
