Smartly dressed, drives a Porsche -- but look how he behaves

Stomper Sniper was disgusted at the behaviour of a Porsche driver at Jalan Sultan yesterday morning (July 27).

The man had parked at a multistory carpark and blatantly threw a piece of tissue from inside his car to the ground.

Said the Stomper:

"Smartly dressed, smart-looking expensive car, but extremely anti-social and ugly behaviour.

"Is this evidence enough to prosecute this Porsche-p***k who indiscriminately litters at will?

"Would the authorities comment and take action, please?"
