Residents at Block 37 in Circuit Road plagued by blackouts for four nights

Stomper CK living at Block 37 in Circuit Road has been experiencing blackouts for the past four nights since Nov 3.

In a telephone interview, the Stomper said that the corridor lights of the HDB block did not turn on at the times they were supposed to in the evening but the lifts were still working.

There was a period of time yesterday (Nov 5) however when her HDB flat had no electricity for about two hours.

The Stomper said she left her flat at around 7pm after the electricity was down and went back at around 9pm after power came back on.

Repairmen had been called in several times to resolve the problem but the blackouts have still been happening.
