Near-accident at Rivervale Crescent carpark shows why you should always check surroundings before leaving parking lot

Stomper Vincent was in the SK24 carpark at Rivervale Crescent on Oct 19 when he almost got into an accident with a careless biker.

The Stomper was leaving the carpark when the incident occurred.

The biker was moving off from his lot without checking his surroundings and nearly crashed into the Stomper.

The Stomper said: "Luckily I was able to emergency-brake my car, or an accident would have occured."

He also advised the biker to "be careful and observe your surroundings for oncoming cars and please be more alert and more conscious in future."
