Man lies injured on road, near tipper truck flipped on its side at Changi Coast Road

Stomper Jovinson saw a tipper truck that had flipped on its side on Changi Coast Road today (Dec 31).

The Stomper sent a photo of the truck lying on its side to Stomp.

A video posted by Facebook user 林天赐 shows a man lying in front of the tipper truck.

He can be seen writhing in pain, while workers re-direct traffic around the scene.
