Kids goof around on ledge of HDB block, oblivious to the danger they face

Two kids were caught on camera goofing around on the ledge of a HDB block.

In the video that was posted on Fabrications About The PAP, the two young boys can be seen walking precariously close to the edge of the ledge.

As the video progressed, they stopped moving around and stood by a ladder that led to the platform they were on.

According to a caption on the video, the incident took place on May 23.

It is unclear how the boys managed to get up onto the ledge.
