How long has this car been parked at PoMo carpark?

Stomper Paul was at PoMo shopping mall yesterday (Dec 17) when he noticed a car that had gathered dust.

The white Toyota was so dirty, that passers-by had taken the opportunity to write messages in the dust.

Paul could also see that one of the vehicle's wheel's had been clamped.

Said the Stomper:

"Looks like it has been abandoned for quite some time. 

"Its road tax disc stated that it had expired in June 2016. 

"Sad state. 

"Hope its owner is fine."
