Former Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann plays footvolley with local guys at East Coast Park

Stomper Adaham was thrilled when former Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann joined him and other local players at East Coast Park (ECP) for a training session yesterday (Aug 28).

Adaham said that Jens was in Singapore for business but made the time to join them.

Said the Stomper:

"He is very approachable and humble.

"Our local players learnt and benefited from his presence in our training session."

Footvolley is like beach volleyball, but it uses only football touches and no hands.

Adaham and his friends play every weekend at ECP and one of his German friends, Peter knew Jens and invited him to join their session.
