Driver forced to turn back after being stuck for 2 hours at massive jam in Tuas

Stomper Leong was stuck in a "very bad" traffic which forced him to turn back on the night of Dec 4.
Stomper Leong was driving to Malaysia when he was stuck in the jam from 6.30pm to 8.45pm near the Tuas Checkpoint.
He decided to U-turn back after seeing that the other cars were not moving.
He enquired about the jam but was unable to get a reason on what caused it.
