Does this licence plate look acceptable to you?

Stomper Tan discovered  a car which licence plate was obscured by metal bars in a carpark at Hougang Avenue 4 yesterday (May 11) at around 8pm. 

He took some photos of the car and sent them to Stomp. 

From the photos, it was difficult to decipher the licence plate of the car, as there were metal bars pasted on it. 

Said Tan:

“Car owners can modify their cars to a certain degree, but modifying the licence plate is against regulations.

“This just isn’t right.

"It's almost as if the owner was deliberately obscuring the licence plate."
