Cyclists hog Victoria Street by riding alongside each other -- and one was riding hands-free

Stomper Patrick spotted this dangerous scene at noontime on Oct 8, along Victoria Street going towards Middle Road.

He followed the four cyclists from Chijmes and overtook them while driving along Middle Road. 

The Stomper spotted the male cyclist with the white helmet taking his hands off the bicycle handles for prolonged periods of time.

The Stomper said: "This is not right. The cyclists should be in a single file. They took up two lanes, but I was more surprised by the guy in the white helmet. I want to highlight this because it is not right."
