Car flips over at Tampines Avenue 2: 'I wanted to help but it was too late'

Stomper Biqa saw a car that had turned turtle along Tampines Avenue 2 yesterday morning (Oct 23).

He said that he heard a drifting sound just moments before the accident occurred and had wanted to help, but was 'too late' as the car had already flipped over.

Said the Stomper:

"I was walking at the bridge nearby and heard a loud drifting sound. Then I saw that the car was flipping. Wanted to help but I was too late. :(

"Fortunately, it was only one driver and he did not seem injured."
