Seems like Toyota passenger cannot tell the difference between Kim Seng Road and a dustbin

A passenger of a Toyota was caught on camera littering along Kim Seng Road yesterday (Oct 27) at 7.35am.

In the video recorded by Stomper Sulianto, the passenger can first be seen opening the left rear door of the car after it stopped for a red light before a traffic junction.

He then threw a something onto the road. The Stomper said that the item was a small plastic bag containing a beverage. 

After the halfway mark of the video, the driver moved the Toyota forward and went over the bag, causing its contents to spill onto the road.

We hope that the passenger responsible for the act will be able to tell the difference between a road and a dustbin in future.
