Stomper Kelvin was one of the many commuters who was affected by the delays along the North-South Line during yesterday (June 1) evening's rush hour.
A video contributed by the Stomper shows long queues at the platform of Jurong East MRT station.

SMRT said in a tweet at 6.47pm yesterday:
"Due to new signalling system checks, pls add 20mins travel time between #MarinaSouthPier & #JurongEast both bounds. We are sorry."
In an update at 7.41pm, SMRT said that train services were returning to normal.
