A 55-year-old man who used to serve as vice-principal in a primary school located in the north-eastern part of Singapore was hauled to court after allegedly committing a series of indecent acts.
According to The Straits Times, the man was accused of stroking the private parts of a boy, then 14, in the school gym.
Court documents revealed that the boy then went to the man's flat in Woodlands twice in 2004, where the former vice-principal allegedly performed similar indecent acts.
The man was also accused of receiving and performing oral sex on the boy in the unit in 2005 and 2006.
On Nov 27, 2015, nine obscene and one uncensored films were found in the man's home.
He was first charged last month.
Now, the 55-year-old faces six counts of carnal intercourse, three counts of committing indecent acts on a minor and two charges under the Films Act.
He will be back in court on Oct 4.
If convicted of carnal intercourse, he can be jailed for up to 10 years and fined on each charge.
First-time offenders convicted of committing an indecent act on a minor can be jailed for up to five years and fined up to $10,000 on each charge.
