Pod of wild dolphins spotted in S'pore waters just off Sisters' Islands

If you take the time to explore Singapore wildlife, you may be surprised by what you can find.

From majestic birds to pangolins and unique insects, animal enthusiasts do not have to travel very far to find new species.

Now, a woman spotted the rare sight of dolphins in Singapore waters.

Facebook user Heng Pei Yan was on a diving trip near Sisters' Islands Marine Park when the boat captain alerted them to the pod of dolphins.

"True enough, I saw them from the boat," she wrote.

She shared a short video clip of the sighting and added, "It's exciting enough because I finally saw our wild dolphins."
