Only 6pm, but it's already bedtime for this man at Hong Lim Food Centre

Stomper Melissa spotted a topless man who was lying down on the floor and appeared to be asleep at Hong Lim Food Centre on Oct 3 at around 6pm.

In a phone interview, Melissa told Stomp that she was buying food at the hawker centre when she heard a loud noise.

The Stomper said: "I turned around and saw the man lying on the floor, with his top already off. He looked drunk.

"No one did anything.

"Twenty minutes later when I was eating, I saw someone who looked like him walking around and looking groggy, so I assumed that he had woken up."
