Naked man braves heavy rain to cross road at Serangoon North

Stomper Lee was driving along Serangoon North Avenue 1 and slowed down for a pedestrian crossing the road -- but was shocked to see that he was completely naked.

Lee was with her husband and two daughters, aged seven and ten, when they spotted the man on Tuesday night (July 3) at around 8.05pm.

A video that she captured shows the naked man crossing the road and then strolling down the pavement, despite a downpour.

She told Stomp: "It was raining heavily. We were on our way home from Serangoon North Avenue 1 heading towards Ang Mo Kio.

"We stopped at the zebra crossing for the man to cross.

"All of the sudden, I realised he was naked.

"He was walking briskly and swinging his arms as if he is enjoying the walk in the rain."

Lee admitted that while it was a somewhat "funny" sight, it was also sad.

"My hubby and I were so busy trying to get my girls not to look at him, even though they did.

"We were so shocked that we didn't even have time to make a call to the police."
