Motorcyclist sent to hospital after accident with car at Bukit Batok East Ave 6

A motorcyclist was sent to hospital after getting involved in an accident with a car at Bukit Batok East Avenue 6. on Aug 3.

Stomper Weak Heart was on his way to Bukit Batok Nature Park when he saw the accident.

"In any accident involving a car and a bike, the motorcyclist is most vulnerable," he said.

"He was thrown off the bike.  

"A passer-by called for an ambulance and later the cyclist was sent to a nearby hospital.

"I hope he will recover soon."

A Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) spokesman said that they were alerted to the incident at 1pm and dispatched one ambulance to the scene.

"One person was conveyed to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital."
