Monitor lizard sunbathes in canal along Ghim Moh Park Connector, soon gets bored

Stomper Susan saw a monitor lizard crawling about in a canal along Ghim Moh Park Connector on Friday evening (Oct 13) at around 6pm.

According to her, the animal measured was around one metre in length.

A video that Susan filmed shows the reptile looking around and crawling up a slope at the canal, before entering a hole to hide away.

Said the Stomper: "It was really big."
