'MIA' driver leaves car parked in the middle of Hougang St 22 carpark

Stomper Jenson was annoyed to see this car parked in the middle of a carpark at Hougang Street 22 and blocking the entrance today morning (Jun 4).
According to him, the driver was nowhere in sight and this went on for at least two hours.
Said the Stomper:
"The driver is totally insane for blocking the carpark entrance at Hougang Street 22!
"I saw the car parked while on the way to the market at 6am but the driver was nowhere to be seen.
"When I was back from market at around 8am, the car was still parked there and with TP officer, TP1097, searching for the driver as well."
