Man stands on ledge to do cleaning at Yishun block

Stomper Chris was shocked to see a man sweeping a ledge at Block 397, Yishun Avenue 6 yesterday (July 26) at around 3pm.  

According to Chris, it was the first time he had seen someone attempt the dangerous act. 

He snapped some photos which he sent to Stomp.

From the photo, the man could be seen sweeping the ledge with a broom in one hand.

Chris said that he felt the man could have called the authorities to get someone more suitable to perform the cleaning.

He added: "Safety is the highest priority."
