Man shocked and 'disgusted' at extra ingredient in dinner he bought from Pasir Ris West Plaza

After a long day at work, Stomper Daniel bought his dinner to go from a stall at the Kopitiam at Pasir Ris West Plaza on Dec 12.

To his horror, he found an ingredient he did not ask for in his dish when he started eating it at home.

"I was extremely shocked and disgusted," said the Stomper after finding what looked to be a centipede in his rice.

He had only noticed the insect after finishing almost half of his food.

As it was already late at night, he did not bother going back to report it to the staff.

The incident shook him and he has lost confidence in buying from the same stall again:

"I feel that they did not check the quality of their food that they served to their customers, I will think twice before buying food from them."
