A Stomper was shocked when she saw a man riding an ofo bike around Marina Square yesterday (Mar 18).
She told Stomp that she was walking around the mall when she noticed the man cycling in one direction before making a U-turn and going the other way.
"It's ridiculous," she said.
"He was ignoring the stares of passers-by."
