Man lets child sit on his lap while driving at Clementi carpark

A child was seen sitting on the lap of a man while the latter was driving at Clementi Avenue 2 Food Centre & Market on May 13, at 3.01pm.

Stomper Anonymous alerted Stomp to a video posted by Facebook user Fat Su Lim, which showed a child sitting in the driver's seat, atop the driver's lap.

Anonymous said: "The child is not belted."

The boy could also be seen reaching for the steering wheel, while mimicking driving actions.
