Man arrested for allegedly molesting 41-year-old woman in car

A 48-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a woman.

On Dec 16, 2017, a 41-year-old woman reported that she was molested in a car, the police said in a statement on yesterday (Mar 7).

After conducting ground enquiries, officers from Jurong Police Division established the identity of the suspect and subsequently arrested him on Mar 6.

If convicted, he may face up to two years' jail, or a fine, or caning, or any combination of these punishments.
